KABUL (Pajhwok): A Turkish charity, pledging cooperation with Afghanistan, has promised to build orphanages in different parts of the country.
The Neda Al-Khair Welfare Foundation chief held out the pledge in a meeting with the minister of martyrs and disabled affairs.
Mullah Akhund urged Sheikh Hamza to help Afghan orphans become self-sufficient and provide them with the facilities needed, the ministry said.
The charity head pledged to build orphanages and provide deserving orphans them with necessary assistance.
