ATLANTA (Pajhwok): The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) says security personnel have detained a female activate Zarifa Yaqubi and her four other colleagues in Kabul.
UNAMA tweeted: “UNAMA has engaged the Taliban on the situation of @YaghubiZarifa and four others detained yesterday in Kabul #Afghanistan. All Afghans have a fundamental right to peaceful assembly, freedom of expression and opinion, without fear of intimidation or detention.”
