PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Acting Information and Culture Minister Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa on Sunday said after the regime change last year historical and cultural places in the country were now more secure and the government’s attention to them had increased.
Khairkhwa, who arrived in central Logar province, attended a meeting with religious scholars, tribal leaders and culturists.
The minister called Logar a historical and cultural province and said its historical and cultural places had special value for the government.
After the Taliban’s takeover, he said, historical and cultural places were preserved and the government’s attention to them . . .
