KABUL (Pajhwok): Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi hopes the global fraternity will ultimately recognise the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA).
“The world will eventually … engage with you if you support people and stay united,” the minister told a police graduation ceremony in Herat.
More than 510 police personnel graduated on completing a six-week training course. They will be deployed to Herat, Ghor, Badghis and Farah provinces.
Muttaqi advised the recruits, including Public Order Police personnel, to work hard to win support from the masses.
