Iran ambassador’s mission in Kabul ends

KABUL (Pajhwok): Iran ambassador’s mission in Kabul has ended, the country’s embassy announced on Saturday.

Iranian Embassy tweeted: “The mission of Bahadur Aminian as Iran’s ambassador to Afghanistan has ended and he will return to Iran after three years of services based on usual diplomatic procedures.”

The source, however, did not provide information about his successor.

Aminian was sent to Kabul as Iran’s ambassador three years ago.
