KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Deputy Minister of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs Maulvi Abdul Hakim Haqqani on Thursday said orphaned children of both sides of the 20-year-old war and the heirs of martyrs were being given equal rights without any discrimination.
Addressing a press conference here, Maulvi Haqqani said their effort was to register real orphans and heirs of the martyrs so they could receive their rights on time.
