KABUL (Pajhwok): Russia’s special representative for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov has said his country wants stability and development in Afghanistan and would not interfere in the country’s internal affairs like western countries.
Kabulov, who arrived in Kabul on Thursday, called on acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi and discussed with him regional issues, economic cooperation and latest developments in Afghanistan.
