ATLANTA (Pajhwok): A high-level delegation of the United Nations (UN) has reached Kabul for talks with officials of the caretaker government on rights of women and girls.
Farhan Haq, deputy spokesman for the UN, told a press conference in New York the delegation would hold discussions about the rights of women with representatives of the Islamic Emirate.
