FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): Local officials say the Kabul-Ghor highway has been reopened for traffic after being cleared of snow.
Abdul Wahid Hamas, the governor’s spokesman, tweeted that the Kabul-Ghor highway had been closed by heavy snowfall.
It was reopened as a result of hectic efforts by officials of the Public Works Department, the spokesman added.
With the closure of the highway, the roads linking six districts to the provincial capital had also been blocked.
