PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): In a first, the Chamber of Commerce and Investment has opened its branch in central Logar province.
Officials say the chamber of commerce will address the problems of businesspeople and ensure coordination and progress.
The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Shahabuddin Delawar, deputy of commerce, agriculture, information, the Kabul governor and local officials.
Chamber of Commerce and Investment Director Mohammad Younis Momand said it was the first time that the chamber had opened its chapter in Logar.
