Anti-Covid vaccination drive launched in Farah

FARAH CITY (Pajhwok): A 20-day anti-Covid vaccination drive was launched in western Farah province on Tuesday.

Dr. Najmuddin Basheeri, head of vaccination branch at the Public Health department, told Pajhwok Afghan News that people in a number of districts would be vaccinated against the disease.

He said Gulistan, Purchaman and Pushtrod district were not included in the campaign and vaccination in these districts would be implemented in the next round.

According to Basheeri, the anti-Covid vaccination drive would take 20 days to complete in a number of districts.
