KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting government delegation headed by Attorney General Mawlavi Shamsuddin Shareati has travelled to Iran to discuss the issues of Afghan prisoners in the neighboring country, an official said on Friday.
Inamullah Samangani, head of the Government Media and Information Centre (GMIC) on his Twitter handle, wrote the delegation will discuss matters related to the extradition process of prisoners and other relevant issues.
Samangani did not provide more detail.
He added head of the prisons affairs, foreign ministry’s counsel affairs head and some other officials included.
