KABUL (Pajhwok): A former American diplomat has called for the full implementation of the Doha peace agreement between the IEA and the United States.
In an interview with a private Afghan broadcaster, Zalmay Khalilzad underlined the imperative of dialogue between the Islamic Emirate and the US on dully enforcing the deal.
