KABUL (Pajhwok): Nehad, a private radio station, has resumed its broadcasts in the capital of northern Balkh province.
On February 27, the building housing Paikan TV channel and Radio Nehad were burnt in a fire triggered by a short circuit.
Fardin Abidi, director of the Paikan TV, told Pajhwok the network of the channel and radio station had been burnt to ashes.
The Afghan Journalist Centre (AJC) announced in a statement that Radio Nehad had resumed operations.
