KABUL (Pajhwok): Kazakhstan has expressed its willingness to welcome new diplomats representing the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA).
Visiting Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin expressed his country’s readiness at a meeting with his Afghan counterpart here on Saturday.
Deputy Premier Abdul Ghani Baradar’s office quoted Zhumangarin as saying new Afghan diplomats would be welcomed in the near future.
The diplomats’ focus would be to boost historically cordial relations between the two countries, Baradar’s office said in a statement posted on its Twitter account.
Enhanced bilateral trade and economic cooperation, including railway projects, came up for discussion . . .
