KABUL (Pajhwok): Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund in his message on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr says the Islamic Emirate is obliged to provide people’s rights and maintain facilities.
In a statement, the PM’s office said that the Eid-ul-Fitr prayer was offered this morning in the congregational mosque in Arg.
