KABUL (Pajhwok): Qatar Foreign Minister Mohammad Bin Abdul Rahman Al Sani and the Intelligence Chief Abdullah Al Khalifa have held a meeting with acting Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhaund in Kandahar City, the capital of southern Kandahar province, an official said on Friday.
‘The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’ (IEA) Spokesperson on his Twitter handle wrote during the meeting pledges for cooperation in education, health and economic sector were made.
He added the acting PM hailed Qatar past and present cooperation their righteous, cooperation with Afghanistan and stressed over more support.
During the meeting Qatar was encouraged to play its role in bridging ties between Afghanistan and the world.
