1 killed, 4 injured as pick-up vehicle flips over in Nuristan

PARON (Pajhwok): One person died and four others were injured after a pick up vehicle flipped over in Nurgram district of eastern Nuristan province, an official said on Saturday.

Nuristan Governor's spokesman Saifuddin Laton confirmed one person had died and four others injured in the accident.

However, Hakimullah, a motorist on the Doab-Nurgram road, told Pajhwok that two persons died and three others were wounded when a pick-up vehicle flipped over on Friday afternoon in the Sangi Pul area.

The accident came two month after four people were killed and eight others, including women and children, were injured in a car accident in Koltan Dara area of the district.
