FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): The Information and Culture Department of northeastern Badakhshan province says historical monuments were greatly damaged due to the past wars and natural disasters.
Mahazuddin Ahmadi, director of information and culture, who traveled to Yamgan district to inspect historic monuments, told Pajhwok that the technical evaluation of Hakim Naser Khesraw tomb had been done.
He added historic monuments were not in good condition not only in Badakhshan, but also in the entire country as most of them got damaged due to the past conflict and natural disasters and they were yet to be restored.
