MEHTHARLAM (Pajhwok): A four-member gang of kidnappers has been detained in eastern Laghman province.
In a statement, provincial intelligence office said the four-member group was detained on Kabul-Jalalabad highway by intelligence forces.
The source said the kidnappers were detained when they wanted to abducted a person, Rafiullah, along with his car.
Two pistols, a walkie talkie and military uniforms, the statement added.
