KABUL (Pajhwok): As many as 1.3 million Afghan refugees have returned to the country from various countries during the past 20 months, the acting Refugee and Repatriation Minister said on Sunday.
Khalil Rahman Haqqani told a ceremony marking the launch of distribution of aid to 400 poor families in Kabul that around 1.3 million Afghan refugees had returned to the country from Pakistan, Iran, Turkey and various European and Arab countries since the Islamic Emirate’s takeover.
