FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): Tens of foreign tourists have visited northeastern Badakhshan province this year, according to local officials on Monday.
Officials said the tourists visited lakes, mountains’ peaks, fountains and the second Wakhan National Park.
This helped increase the government's revenues and in addition the indigenous families have also made a living by selling their local products.
