ATLANTA (Pajhwok): US and Uzbekistan Special Representatives for Afghanistan have discussed Afghanistan situation in addition to other topics.
The Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) tweeted: “The U.S. thanks Uzbekistan for its partnership on Afghanistan. @State_SCA’s Assistant Secretary Lu & @US4AfghanPeaceTom West discussed with 🇺🇿 Special Presidential Representative Abdulaziz Kamilov our shared interest in regional security & prosperity.”
The sources added that the two sides also discussed Afghanistan along with other issues.
