KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Prime Minister Maulvi Abdul Kabir has underlined the imperative of taking concrete steps to extend more facilities to Afghan citizens living in Iran.
A statement from his office said the premier issued the instructions at a meeting with Afghan Ambassador to Iran Fazl Mohammad Haqqani.
Haqqani responded the Afghans living in Iran were happy with the steps taken by the Islamic Emirate and the Afghan embassy in Tehran.
Their problems were promptly resolved by the embassy, the diplomat claimed, saying Iran had cordial ties with Afghanistan.
