QALA-I-NAW/BAMYAN (Pajhwok): Four people have died in two separate traffic accidents in Badghis and Bamyan provinces, officials said on Friday.
Badghis police headquarters in a statement said a vehicle en route to Badghis from Herat province skidded off the road and overturned in Sabzak Dam area.
Three people, including the driver, were killed in the incident, the statement said.
Separately, a motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a car in Bamyan city this morning, Bamyan police spokesman Mohammad Rasa Khawani told Pajhwok.
He said the car’s driver had been arrested and was currently being investigated.
A day earlier, eight people were killed and wounded in traffic accidents in Nangarhar and Kunduz provinces.
