GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Boys under 18 years of age and having no license are not allowed to drive motorcycles in southern Ghanzi province, traffic officials said on Saturday.
Ghazni Traffic Manager Qari Noor Muhammad Rahbar told Pajhwok Afghan News that Traffic Management Organization personnel had set up checkpoints in different areas of Ghazni city to prevent traffic snarls.
He said the personnel prevented over-speeding by motorcycles and other traffic violations.
According to him, traffic police stof motorcycles whose drivers violate traffic laws or driven by boys under 18 years of age.
