ATLANTA (Pajhwok): There is no one in Afghanistan right now with whom the IEA should discuss reconciliation, says the acting defence minister.
As such, Maulvi Mohammad Yaqoob said, there was no need either for talks on the formation of an inclusive government.
In an interview with Al Arabiya TV, the minister also referred to the recent rapprochement between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Yaqoob said the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan welcomed the restoration of diplomatic links between the two nations, whose patch-up could have a positive impact on Afghanistan as well.
