KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces have rescued an individual and killed four kidnappers in the Paghman district of Kabul, a police official said on Sunday.
Police spokesman Khalid Zadran wrote on his X handle that a special unit carried out the operation in Posht-i-Badam area on the basis of a tip-off on Saturday night.
He said the raid targeted a gang of kidnappers that had abducted Mohammad Amin three days ago.
Zadran added: “Four kidnappers were killed after a clash between the kidnappers and the security personnel.”
He said the kidnapped man was rescued safe and sound.
