KABUL (Pajhwok): Russia has confirmed the participation of the interim Afghan government’s representatives in the Moscow-format meeting.
"Yes, they will. They have confirmed [their participation]," Russian President Vladimir Putin’s special envoy for Afghanistan said on Monday.
Speaking to TASS news agency, Zamir Kabulov said all Moscow-format members had confirmed their participation in the Kazan consultations.
The group, which last met in November 2022, is comprised of Russia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
