AIBAK (Pajhwok): The rounding up and biometrics processes of beggars has official kicked off in northern Samangan province with officials hoping that deserving beggars would get the assistance.
Mawlavi Faiz Mohammad Rehan, head of a Commission tasked for this purpose, told Pajhwok Afghan News representatives of seven government institutions --- Governor Office, Police HQ, Public Health Department, Martyrs and Disabled Affairs Department, Cultural Affairs Department, Work and Social Affairs Department, Hajj and Religious Affairs Department and the Red Crescent Society.
