Blast at Baghlan worship place; casualties feared

PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): The Imam Zaman Takia Khan situated in Pul-i-Khumri City, the capital of northern Baghlan province targeted with a bomb blast during Friday prayer, an official said.

Mustafa Hashami, director Information and Cultural Affairs, confirmed the blast and said information regarding casualties would be shared after initial investigation is concluded.

Eyewitness said the nature of the blast could not be ascertained.
