Over 1,000 damaged military vehicles, weapons repaired: MoD

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Defense (MoD) says more than 1,000 different military vehicles and weapons that had been destroyed and were unusable have been repaired during the past one month.

The ministry wrote on its X handle that these vehicles and weapons were repaired by its technical team.

It added the repaired weapons included 15 Russian rifles, 4 Zikviks, 33 Kalashnikovs, 29 M16, 4 mil RPGs and other types of weapons.

These vehicles and weapons will be preserved and monitored by the professional teams of the State Department of Arms and Technology and will be used in case of need.
