<p class="p1"><span class="s2">KABUL (Pajhwok):</span><span class="s1"> One person was killed and another injured after a poultry farm collapsed due to heavy rainfall in the Haska Mena district of eastern Nangarhar on Friday.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">A doctor, Zarghoon Shinwari, at the Haska Mena district clinic told Pajhwok that the incident occurred at around 6:00 a.m. in the Sra Kala area.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">He said the farm collapsed as a result of recent heavy rains, leaving one person dead, another injured, and causing the loss of a large number of chickens.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The incident comes amid ongoing heavy rainfall across several provinces over the past week, which has so far claimed more than 50 lives and left over 100 people injured.</span></p>
