KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Public Health Minister Dr. Qalandar Ebad and Qatari Minister of State for International Cooperation Lulwa Al Khater have discussed the establishment of a 400-bed hospital in Afghanistan and provision of health services to returning Afghan refugees.
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) wrote on its X handle that Dr. Qalandar Ebad met with Lulwa Al Khater on Wednesday.
It said the construction of a 400-bed hospital in Afghanistan and provision of health services to returning refugees, earthquake victims and strengthening of Afghanistan's health sector came up for discussion at the meeting.
The MoPH did not provide more details in this regard.
