KABUL (Pajhwok): Leadership of the ‘Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’ (IEA) has introduced text to start decrees, letters, books and magazines with, according to a statement on Thursday.
The Administrative Affairs Department on its Twitter handle wrote that decree in this regard had four articles.
In its first article it is written that legislative documents, books and magazines should start with the following text.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم، الحمدالله رب العالمین و صلوة و السلام علی سید المرسلین و علی آله و اصحابه اجمعین
Translation: In the name of All the merciful. All praises to Allah (SWTA), the Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon Sayyid Al-Murslin and her family and companions
The second item of the decree said that official letters, judicial judgments and reconciliation letters should start only with the following text.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
Translation: In the name of Allah the merciful.
