KUNDUZ CITY/TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Five people have been killed and seven others injured in two separate traffic accidents in central Uruzgan and northern Kunduz provinces.
Kunduz police spokesman told Bakhtar News Agency three people were killed and a fourth injured as a passenger bus collided with a truck on the Kunduz City-Imam Sahib highway. He said the victims hailed from one family.
Separately, two people were killed and six others wounded in an accident in the Gizab district of Uruzgan on Saturday morning, police spokesman Bilal Uruzgani said.
