KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Industry and Commerce Minister Nooruddin Azizi and the ambassador of Kazakhstan in Kabul have discussed cooperation in digital governance and investment in the mining sector.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MoIC) in a statement posted on its X page said Azizi met with Alim Khan Yasin Gildayev.
Both sides talked about a visit of an official delegation of Kazakhstan and the country’s private sector to Kabul.
They also discussed Kazakhstan’s cooperation in digital governance with Afghanistan, investing in the mining sector and the activation of Turghondi-Spin Boldak transit road and investing in the railways of the route.
Before this, Nooruddin Aziz had met Russia’s presidential Advisor Ruslan Edelgeriyev..
In that meeting, they discussed business visas and the invitation and participation of Afghanistan in the 15th International Economic Forum of Russia and the Islamic World.
