KABUL (Pajhwok): Ahmad Zamrak has been introduced as the military attaché at the Afghanistan’s embassy in Moscow.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) spokesman Abdul Qahar Balkhi told the state-run Radio Television Afghanistan that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan desired positive and good relations based on mutual respect with the whole world, including Russia.
IEA diplomats were handed over the Afghan embassy in Moscow in March last year.
No country has so far recognized the new regime in Afghanistan, but currently 38 embassies and representative offices of the Islamic Emirate are active in different countries.
