KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) says it will not allow anyone to violate its territorial integrity or national sovereignty.
The resolve came at a meeting of the Political Commission, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Maulvi Abdul Kabir here on Sunday.
In a statement, the Presidential Palace said the current situation and political developments in the country and the region came up for discussion.
The participants also exchanged views on constructive ties between the caretaker government and neighbouring countries and the need for more progress in this area.
The IEA, reiterating its desire for positive relations with all countries, said no one would be allowed to encroach on Afghanistan’s territory or violate its national sovereignty.
The Political Commission also made decisions on important issues, the statement said, without giving details.
