KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of politicians have considered last night gun attack on worshipers in western Herat province as against all religious and humanitarian norms.
Iran also condemned the attack and expressed its willingness for cooperation with Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) in the fight against terrorism.
At least six people were killed and one wounded when a gunman opened fire on worshipers in Guzra district of Herat on Monday night, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said.
It said all victims were civilians. No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the overnight gun attack so far.
