19-year-old youth found dead in Kapisa

MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): A 19-year-old youth was found dead on Sunday morning in the Nijrab district of central Kapisa province, an official said.

Police spokesman Abdul Fatah Fayeez said Maqsood, a resident of Teror Kharij Dara area of the district, was found dead in Dara-i-Kalani at around 5am early in the morning.

According to him, initial information suggested Maqsood lost his life in recent floods.

He said that relatives of the young man had no any claim and confoIrmed that Maqsood might have died in floods.
