KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has asked the international community not to misjudge the incumbent political system in Afghanistan and portray its real image, according to a statement on Monday.
This was stated by the acting Minister of Vice and Virtue Sheikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi during meeting with the representative of the Turkish Mask media Owais Chalabi Iraqi and a delegation accompanying him at his office on Sunday, the Ministry of Vice and Virtue and Complaints (MoVVC) said in a statement.
He said the international community should not misjudge the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) and should present the true image of Afghanistan.
Iraqi praised the significant progress made by caretaker government in short period of time. “They have always tried to present the true image of the IEA to the world.”
He praised the efforts of this ministry in preventing denials, establishing reputations, and addressing and resolving complaints.
For his part, Hanafi said the caretaker government was committed the rights of its people, especially women and the interim government had made efforts to protect these rights.
He asked the international community to not misjudge IEA and present the true image of Afghanistan.
Earlier, many foreign politicians, religious scholars and businesspeople had met with Hanafi and assured him all possible cooperation.
