Bid to smuggle hundreds of cattle to Iran thwarted

ZARANJ (Pajhwok): The smuggling of 400 cattle to Iran has been thwarted at the border point of Chaharbarjak district in southwestern Nimroz province, an official said on Saturday.

District Police Chief Mawlavi Ahmad Saeed told Pajhwok News News that today (Saturday) the security forces at the border point of this district prevented the smuggling of 400 goats and sheep to Iran.

He added that two people have been arrested in connection with the smuggling.
