PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): A 17-year-old boy was stabbed to death during a scuffle with anther youth in northern Baghlan province, police said on Sunday.
In a statement, the police headquarters said 16-year-old Abdul Jalal stabbed a teenager in Qawl Hamam area of Pul-i-Khumri’s second district on Saturday.
Police chief Abdul Wakil Ahmadi explained 17-year-old Fayaz, a Ghorband resident, was stabbed to death by Abdul Jalal after a verbal clash.
“Police arrested Fayez while he was trying to escape,” the statement added.
The suspect will be handed over to the court . . .
