KABUL (Pajhwok): Leaders and members of the Young Doctors Association (YDA) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have protested, urging the Pakistani government to provide jobs for approximately 6,000 unemployed doctors.
According to a report from Mashal Radio, hundreds of protestors blocked Khyber Road in Peshawar for several hours. They gathered in front of the provincial assembly building, demanding job opportunities for doctors in the region.
The protest concluded after representatives met with government officials to discuss their concerns.
