Some Ghazni residents spent 20 million afs on education development

KABUL (Pajhwok): The residents of Jaghori, Malistan and Ajristan districts in southern Ghazni province have provided 20 million afs assistance to the Education sector in the past six months, a statement said on Friday.

The Ministry of Education (MoE) on its X handle wrote a ministerial delegation had visited the Jaghori, Malistan and Ajristan districts for the formation of school councils.

In the first six months of the current year solar year 1403, the residents of Jaghori, Malistan and Ajristan districts spent a total of 20 million afs in the reconstruction of schools classrooms and digging of clean water wells and other related areas.

School councils are very effective; It is a bridge between schools and families.

According to the MoE, the main purpose of the visit of the delegation of the Department of Education to these districts was to establish school councils in some educational institutions where councils have not yet been established.

Earlier, the MoE said that a resident of Charkhi village of Kharwar district of Logar province dedicated the land for the building of Sadat High School.
