LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): Construction work on a road has been launched in southern Helmand province and the project will cost 14 million afghanis, an official said on Sunday.
In the opening ceremony, public relations head at the municipality Mohammad Tahir Abshar told Pajhwok Afghan News this project was divided into three parts and has been funded by the municipality.
He said today construction work on the first 3.5 kilometer section was started, which will cost 14 million afghanis and will be completed in three months.
This year, Lashkargar municipality implemented 14 projects costing 86 million afghaniss in the province.
