Afghanistan-taking part in AFC U-17 Asia Cup qualifiers

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghanistan U-17 football team has reached Cambodia to participate in the 2025 AFC Asia Cup qualifiers.

The Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) announced on Thursday the national team was placed in Group B along with Bangladesh, Cambodia, the Philippines and Macau.

AFF added the national U-17 squad arrived in Cambodia yesterday to play in the 2025 Asia Cup qualifiers.

Afghanistan will take on the Philippines in their first match of the event, hosted by Cambodia from October 19 to 27.
