2 people die, as many wounded in Wardak accidents

MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): Two people died and two others were injured as a result of three separate traffic accidents in central Maidan Wardak province on Monday.

On X, Information and Culture Director wrote two people including a woman were killed and two others were injured due to three traffic accidents in Syedabad district.

Police spokesman Yousuf Asrar explained the first collision took place between a corolla-type vehicle and a motorbike in Shaikhabad area, leaving two people injured.

In the second accident, a Fielder vehicle hit a woman and killed her in Dagbaghri village of Shaikhabad area.

Separately, a man was killed after a corolla car collided with a bicycle in Tangi area of Dawrani village.

These traffic accidents occurred due to reckless driving.
