Alcohol recovered, woman detained in Baghlan

PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Police in the Dushi district of northern Baghlan province have arrested a woman and recovered 50 litres of alcohol from her possession, a statement said on Thursday.

During the search of a vehicle in the Dushi district, police have recovered 50-litre of alcohol, a statement from Baghlan Police Headquarters said.

A woman was also arrested in connection with seized alcohol; she wanted to transfer the illicit liquid to Pul-i-Khumri.
